Extra paid services

Important information

We are pleased to welcome Families with children. In the standard room, only one extra bed or a travel cot is possible. The child's stay is subject to additional charges in the following age brackets:

Child aged 0-3 years – stay free of charge.
Child aged 4-12 years – subject to an additional charge.
Children over 13 are considered full pay.

In case of shortening the stay at the hotel, the Guest will be charged an additional fee equal to 100% of the price of the unutilized stay. Paid amounts are non-refundable.
Not using any element of the package does not reduce its value.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions at the hotel.
During check-in, the reception staff may ask for documentation to verify the age of a child eligible for discounts.
The possibility of bringing a small pet for a fee of 100 PLN /stay. For the comfort of guests, pets are not allowed to enter the Restaurant.
Parking is free for all hotel Guests - no reservation required.
