Treatments for children
All treatments for children are performed using cosmetics safe for children aged 3 and over and are carried out by professionals. Written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required for children under the age of 16. Consent must be signed at the M-Spa reception before each treatment. Children should be brought to M-Spa by their parents in person, the parent signs a declaration that they agree to the treatment and collects the child after the treatment.

Each reservation for a service at M-SPA is valid for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled time. In case of a guest arriving more than 10 minutes late from the scheduled reservation time, M-SPA reserves the right to cancel the reservation or shorten the treatment duration without the option of reducing the treatment price.
We understand that your plans may change, so it is possible to cancel an appointment 12 hours before the scheduled treatment time at no cost. If a treatment is cancelled 6 hours before the scheduled appointment, M-SPA reserves the right to charge 50% of the value of the treatment. If the cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before the scheduled treatment, M-SPA reserves the right to charge 100% of the value of the treatment. In the case of cancelling a group reservation (5 or more people), free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. After this time, it is necessary to pay 100% of the value of the reserved treatments. M-SPA reserves the right to change opening hours and the schedule of activities held at M-SPA for reasons beyond its control.
