*The length of the session in the normobaric chamber depends on the number of nights stayed. For a package with one night, we provide one session for each person in the Comfort zone, while in the two-night package we offer two sessions for each person in the Comfort zone. The session in the normobaric chamber lasts 2 hours. Just remember to be on-site 15 minutes before the session, bring appropriate change of footwear, and reserve your session time by calling: +33 873 40 82. Sessions are held at: 9:00, 11:30, 14:00, 16:30, 19:00.

- Children under 3 years stay free of charge sleeping with parents (without benefits). We reserve the right to request appropriate documents confirming the child's age.
- We provide bathrobes for paying guests. We do not have bathrobes for children.

- We are pleased to welcome families with children. In a standard room, only one extra bed or travel cot is possible. The stay of the child is subject to additional charges in specific age ranges:
- Child aged 0-3 years – free stay.
- Child aged 4-12 years – additional charge.
- Children over 13 years are counted as full-paying guests.
- In case of shortening the stay at the hotel, the guest will be charged an additional fee equal to 100% of the price for the unrealized stay, in addition to the price for the realized stay. Paid amounts are non-refundable.
- Not utilizing any element included in the package does not reduce its value.
- The hotel reserves the right to change prices and modify programs and attractions at the hotel.
- During check-in, the reception staff may request proof of the age of the child benefiting from discounts.
- Pets are allowed at a fee of 100 zł /stay. For the comfort of guests, pets are not permitted in the restaurant.
- Free parking for all hotel guests - no reservation required.
We welcome pets, but there is an additional 100 zł fee per stay.
