Voucher - a document issued by Młyn Jacka Hotel & Spa, enabling the realization of the services offered by the hotel, specified in its content, in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations
PURCHASE A VOUCHER
1) Can be purchased through the website www.hotelmj.pl
2) Voucher can be received in a competition as a prize, in a draw or as part of cooperation
3) The condition for purchasing a voucher is to make a payment.
4) The voucher can be sent by e-mail in PDF form or will be available for collection at the hotel reception.
CONDITIONS AND VOUCHER REDEMPTION
1) The voucher can be purchased by person of legal age or a legal person accepting the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
2) The voucher can be a fixed amount or for selected services offered at Młyn Jacka Hotel & Spa
3) The voucher shows: selected services/treatments or a specific amount to be used for services, treatments or cosmetics offered at Młyn Jacka Hotel & Spa.
4) Vouchers can be personalized or issued "blank"
5) The voucher cannot be exchanged for treatments and services other than those included in its content.
6) Each voucher has its own identification number.
7) The voucher can be used only in the period: 11.08.2024.
8) The voucher is not a means of payment, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used for change.
9) The voucher must be presented in its original form at the reception on 11.08.2024.
