Important information

We gladly welcome Families with children. Only one extra bed or a travel cot is possible in a standard room. The child's stay involves additional charges in specific age ranges:
- Child aged 0-3 years – stay free of charge.
- Child aged 4-12 years – additionally charged.
- Children over 13 years are considered full paying.

In case of shortening the stay at the hotel, the Guest, in addition to the price for the realized stay, will be charged an additional fee equal to 100% of the price of the unused stay. Paid amounts are non-refundable.
Non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions in the hotel.
During check-in, the reception staff may ask for proof of age of the child using discounts.
Possibility to arrive with a small pet for a fee of 150 PLN per stay. For the comfort of Guests, animals are prohibited in the Restaurant.

In accordance with applicable law and the Child Protection Standard regulations, all guests of Młyn Jacka Hotel & SPA **** are required to present identification documents – legal guardians must provide an ID card or passport, and children must present a document confirming their identity, such as an ID card or school ID. If you are traveling with a child who is not your own or for whom you are not the legal guardian, a written consent from the child’s parents or legal guardians is required. This document must include their contact details and proof of identity (e.g. a scanned ID). Please ensure all necessary documents are prepared prior to arrival.
