Important information

We are pleased to welcome families with children. In standard rooms, only one extra bed or travel crib is possible. The stay of children incurs additional fees in specific age groups:

Child aged 0-3 years – free stay.
Child aged 4-12 years – additional charge.
Children over 13 years are charged as full-paying guests.

In case of shortening the hotel stay, the Guest will be charged in addition to the price for the completed stay, an amount equal to 100% of the price of the unfulfilled stay. Amounts paid are non-refundable.
Not utilizing any element included in the package does not reduce its value.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices as well as the program and attractions at the hotel.
During check-in, the reception staff may ask for proof of the child's age who is using discounts.
Pets are allowed at an additional cost of 100 PLN/ stay. For the comfort of guests, animals are not allowed in the restaurant.
Free parking for all hotel guests - no reservation is required.

In accordance with applicable law and the Child Protection Standard regulations, all guests of Młyn Jacka Hotel & SPA **** are required to present identification documents – legal guardians must provide an ID card or passport, and children must present a document confirming their identity, such as an ID card or school ID. If you are traveling with a child who is not your own or for whom you are not the legal guardian, a written consent from the child’s parents or legal guardians is required. This document must include their contact details and proof of identity (e.g. a scanned ID). Please ensure all necessary documents are prepared prior to arrival.
