Our M-SPA offers a wide range of treatments in which four basic elements: steam, water, scent, and touch create a combination ensuring relaxation and regeneration.

Important information

We are pleased to welcome families with children. In a standard room, only one extra bed or travel cot is possible. The stay of a child involves additional charges in specific age groups:

Child aged 0-3 years – stay free of charge.
Child aged 4-12 years – additional charge applies.
Children over 13 years old are counted as full-paying guests.

In case of shortening the hotel stay, the guest will be charged an additional fee equal to 100% of the price of the unused stay, apart from the price of the realized stay. Paid amounts are non-refundable.
Non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices as well as the program and attractions in the hotel.
During check-in, the reception staff may request documentation of the age of the child using discounts.
Possibility to arrive with a small pet at the price of 150 PLN / stay. For the comfort of guests, animals are prohibited from entering the Restaurant.
Free parking for all hotel guests - no reservation required.

In accordance with applicable law and the Child Protection Standard regulations, all guests of Młyn Jacka Hotel & SPA **** are required to present identification documents – legal guardians must provide an ID card or passport, and children must present a document confirming their identity, such as an ID card or school ID. If you are traveling with a child who is not your own or for whom you are not the legal guardian, a written consent from the child’s parents or legal guardians is required. This document must include their contact details and proof of identity (e.g. a scanned ID). Please ensure all necessary documents are prepared prior to arrival. We welcome pets, but there is an additional 100 zł fee per stay.
