Guests starting their stay from 24.12.2024 start with lunch and have the opportunity for free early check-in (from 12:00)
Upon your request, it is possible to prepare meals according to the specified diet. Please inform us when making the reservation.
In accordance with Christmas tradition, it is possible to prepare a common table in the restaurant for the whole family during meals. In such cases, please also contact the hotel reception or reservation department in advance.
The stated prices include VAT.
Children under 3 stay free of charge when sharing a bed with parents (without benefits). We reserve the right to request appropriate documents confirming the child's age.
Robes are provided for fully paying guests. We do not provide robes for children.

Extra paid services

Important information

We are pleased to host Families with children. In a standard room, only one extra bed or travel cot is possible. The stay of a child involves additional charges in the following age ranges:

Child aged 0-3 years – stay free of charge.
Child aged 4-12 years – additional charge applies.
Children over 13 years are charged as full-paying guests.

In the case of shortening the stay at the hotel, the Guest will be additionally charged a fee equal to 100% of the price of the unrealized stay, in addition to the price for the realized stay. Paid amounts are non-refundable.
Failure to use any element included in the package does not reduce its value.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions at the hotel.
At check-in, the reception staff may ask for documentation of the child's age for discounts.
Possibility of arriving with a small pet for a cost of 100 PLN /stay. For the comfort of Guests, animals are prohibited from entering the Restaurant.
Free parking for all hotel Guests - no reservation required.
