Important information:

Guests starting their stay from December 24, 2025, begin with lunch and have the option of early check-in (from 12:00 PM) free of charge.
Meals can be prepared according to a specified diet upon request. Please inform us when making your reservation.
According to Christmas tradition, it is possible to prepare a communal table in the restaurant for meals for the whole family. In such case, please contact the hotel reception or reservations department in advance.
The prices include VAT.
Children under 3 years stay free of charge, sleeping with parents (without services). We reserve the right to request appropriate documents confirming the child's age.
Bathrobes are provided for fully paying guests.
We do not have bathrobes for children.
Each guest is obliged to comply with the rules of Jacek's Mill Hotel & Spa****.

Our M-SPA offers a wide range of treatments, in which four basic elements: steam, water, scent, and touch, create a combination that ensures relaxation and regeneration.

argillotherapy room (treatments based on natural clays)

Extra paid services

Important information

We are pleased to welcome Families with children. In a standard room, only one extra bed or a travel cot is possible. The stay of a child involves additional charges in specific age ranges:

Child aged 0-3 years – stay free of charge.
Child aged 4-12 years – additionally charged.
Children over 13 years are counted as full-paying guests.

In case of shortening the hotel stay, the Guest will be charged, in addition to the price for the completed stay, a fee equal to 100% of the price of the unused stay. Paid amounts are non-refundable.
Non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions in the hotel.
At check-in, the reception staff may ask for documentation of the child's age to apply discounts.
The possibility to arrive with a small pet at a price of 100 PLN per stay. For the comfort of Guests, pets are not allowed in the Restaurant.
Free parking for all hotel Guests - no reservation required.

Children

In accordance with applicable law and the Child Protection Standard regulations, all guests of Młyn Jacka Hotel & SPA **** are required to present identification documents – legal guardians must provide an ID card or passport, and children must present a document confirming their identity, such as an ID card or school ID. If you are traveling with a child who is not your own or for whom you are not the legal guardian, a written consent from the child’s parents or legal guardians is required. This document must include their contact details and proof of identity (e.g. a scanned ID). Please ensure all necessary documents are prepared prior to arrival. Animals

We welcome pets, but there is an additional 100 zł fee per stay.
