Extra paid services

Important information

We are happy to host families with children. Only one extra bed or a travel cot is possible in a standard room. A child's stay is associated with additional fees in individual age groups:
Child 0-3 years old - free of charge.
Child 4-12 years old - additionally payable.
Children over the age of 13 are counted as fully paid.

In the event of shortening the stay at the hotel, the Guest, in addition to the price for the stay, will be charged an additional fee equal to 100% of the price of the unfulfilled stay. The amounts paid are not refundable.

Not using any of the elements included in the package does not reduce its value.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions in the hotel.

Upon check-in, the front desk staff may ask for proof of the age of the child benefiting from the discounts.

Possibility to come with a small pet for PLN 100 / stay. For the comfort of guests, pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

Children

In accordance with applicable law and the Child Protection Standard regulations, all guests of Młyn Jacka Hotel & SPA **** are required to present identification documents – legal guardians must provide an ID card or passport, and children must present a document confirming their identity, such as an ID card or school ID. If you are traveling with a child who is not your own or for whom you are not the legal guardian, a written consent from the child’s parents or legal guardians is required. This document must include their contact details and proof of identity (e.g. a scanned ID). Please ensure all necessary documents are prepared prior to arrival. Animals

We welcome pets, but there is an additional 100 zł fee per stay.
