*The scope of the session in the normobaric chamber depends on the number of nights. The package with one night guarantees one session for each person in the Comfort zone, while the two-night package offers two sessions for each person in the Comfort zone. The session in the normobaric chamber lasts 2 hours. Just remember to be on site 15 minutes before the session, bring appropriate change of footwear, and book your session time in advance by phone: +33 873 40 82. Sessions take place at 9:00, 11:30, 14:00, 16:30, 19:00.

What does accommodation with the normobaric package look like?
Imagine a morning in the heart of Lesser Poland, in an air-conditioned room with a view of the green hills of Beskid Mały. It's quiet, birds are singing outside the window, and you don't have to rush. You go down for breakfast, where a buffet with warm bread, regional cheeses, and fresh apple juice from a local supplier awaits you.
After breakfast, you have a moment for yourself — maybe a short walk along the Skawa River or a coffee on the terrace? Later, a session in the normobaric chamber: a two-hour session in the modern Comfort zone, which allows your body deep regeneration. After that, you return to the room with a feeling of lightness and freshness.
