Our M-SPA offers a wide range of treatments, where the four basic elements: steam, water, scent, and touch, create a combination that ensures relaxation and regeneration.

Important information

We are happy to welcome families with children. In a standard room, only one extra bed or travel cot is possible. The stay of the child is subject to additional fees in the following age brackets:

Child aged 0-3 years – stay free of charge.
Child aged 4-12 years – additional fee applicable.
Children aged over 13 years are counted as full-paying guests.

In case of shortening the stay at the hotel, the Guest will be charged an additional fee equal to 100% of the price of the unfulfilled stay, in addition to the price for the completed stay. Amounts paid are non-refundable.
Failure to use any element included in the package does not result in a reduction of its value.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to modify the program and attractions in the hotel.
During check-in, the reception staff may ask for documentation of the age of the child using discounts.
It is possible to bring a small pet for a fee of 100 PLN / stay. For the comfort of guests, animals are not allowed in the restaurant.
Free parking for all hotel guests - no reservation required.

In accordance with applicable law and the Child Protection Standard regulations, all guests of Młyn Jacka Hotel & SPA **** are required to present identification documents – legal guardians must provide an ID card or passport, and children must present a document confirming their identity, such as an ID card or school ID. If you are traveling with a child who is not your own or for whom you are not the legal guardian, a written consent from the child’s parents or legal guardians is required. This document must include their contact details and proof of identity (e.g. a scanned ID). Please ensure all necessary documents are prepared prior to arrival. The Child Protection Standard regulations are available on our website in the "Contact" section.

Animals

We welcome pets, but there is an additional 100 zł fee per stay.
