*Easter basket products are provided by the hotel.

** The carriage rides are scheduled for the morning and late morning hours (ride times depend on the hours of blessing food in the nearby church). Guests will be randomly assigned to ride tours. The hotel will contact you to inform you of the ride time.

*** Children under 5 years old may participate in animations only under the supervision of parents/guardians.

At your request, it is possible to prepare meals according to the specified diet. Please inform us when making a reservation.
According to Easter tradition, there is an option to prepare a common table for the family meals in the restaurant. In such a case, please also contact the hotel reception or the reservations department in advance.

Important information

We are pleased to welcome Families with children. In a standard room, only one extra bed or travel cot is possible. The stay of children incurs additional charges in the following age brackets:

Child aged 0-3 years – free of charge.
Child aged 4-12 years – additional charge.
Children over 13 years are counted as adults.

In the event of an early departure from the hotel, the Guest will be charged in addition to the price for the completed stay, an additional fee equal to 100% of the price of the unfulfilled stay. Paid amounts are non-refundable.
Failure to utilize any element included in the package does not result in a reduction of its value.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices and modify the program and attractions at the hotel.
Upon check-in, the reception staff may request documentation of the age of the child benefiting from discounts.
Small pets are allowed at a price of 100 PLN per stay. For the comfort of Guests, animals are prohibited from entering the Restaurant.
Free parking for all hotel guests - no reservation required.

Children

In accordance with applicable law and the Child Protection Standard regulations, all guests of Młyn Jacka Hotel & SPA **** are required to present identification documents – legal guardians must provide an ID card or passport, and children must present a document confirming their identity, such as an ID card or school ID. If you are traveling with a child who is not your own or for whom you are not the legal guardian, a written consent from the child’s parents or legal guardians is required. This document must include their contact details and proof of identity (e.g. a scanned ID). Please ensure all necessary documents are prepared prior to arrival. Animals

We welcome pets, but there is an additional 100 zł fee per stay.
