We strive to ensure that most of our products come from local suppliers. Spichlerz Smaków is famous for its fish, as two of our chefs are passionate about fishing. The products from the hotel’s restaurant play a starring role at our breakfasts: natural sourdough bread, aromatic hams and cheeses smoked in our smokehouse, delicious jams and kefir in glass bottles from a local dairy.
